I have called several times to speak with a customer service representative. I CAN NEVER GET A HUMAN TO ANSWER THE FLIPPING Wtf PHONE.

I GET NOWHERE I STUCK IN AN UNLESS PHONE LOOP.

I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!
I have tried several numbers but none give me the option to press zero for customer service. This company sucks.

Poor customer service out of country. The service center was horrible,and untruthful and cost me hindreds of dollars,4 alternators,and 3batters,starter and the list goes on.

Absolutely terrible!!! They say they have a 24/7 Customer Call Center.

You call every number you can find for Intoxalock and you can't get a hold of a single person. It's always automated and they just direct you to another department or whatever.

You get to that department and that's automated too. It's a joke.

Intoxalock from day one has been awful. Can not get a person and they took away the live chat option which was the only way I got through to them.

They told me I could transfer the device to a new car. I found out the hard way I had to have a hearing at the rmv first.

The only reason I reached customer service at all is that I called from a phone number they did not have in their system nor recognized. Figured it was the only way to speak to a real person. They answered thinking they had another sucker on the hook.
