We had asked multiple representatives to take us off of the automatic payment list, however they never did. Now we have had our device removed from the car and asked yet again that they do not take money off our card until we call can afford to pay them.

Well they took it upon themselves to take it anyway and refuse to refund the money.

Thanks a lot Intoxalock, we have two small children and now we are behind on rent and groceries. Merry Christmas you greedy slime balls.
